What is made RingoCap® of?
Simple: specific food grade polymers, coloured pigments suitable for contact with food, , expanding agents and lubricants.

But are these components dangerous to wine and for health?
No, because RingoCap® synthetic closures are produced only with non toxic materials, which do not release hydrocarbons satisfying CE and FDA directives.

Which process is used to produce RingoCap®?
We use the injection moulding process; it means injecting the melted polymer into the mould where the expansion takes place. In this way the double O-ring is not added in an additional step but is formed together with the stopper.
